They are raw material supplier for Michelin, Bridgestone etc. During the production of rubber additives, wastewater treatment is a big problem. In order to provide customized solution to Kemai group, our company did long term discussion in technical achievement and cost performance investment around 2013. Till now, Kemai Group has bought 8sets MVR Evaporator system from LH Evaporator Company in Tianjin site and Inner Mongolia site. 3sets have been working for 2~3years, the fourth set just complete the installation and trail operation.

 

From Monday of this week, the MVR team including project dept., processing dept., equipment dept., electrical dept., instrument dept., work together totally 72hours, the trail operation is very successful. The average evaporation capacity reaches the target and the MVR Evaporator matches well with the pretreatment systems. The turnkey solution for the rubber additives waste water including:

With MVR Evaporator and other necessary equipment, 95% wastewater can be recycled, 100% industry salt can be recycled and 98% organic matters can be recycled, which can avoid environment pollution and achieve the green operation.

The two stage MVR Evaporation system mainly including: 2set evaporation heat exchanger, 2set vapor liquid separator, 2set vapor compressor etc.

MVR means Mechanical vapor Recompression. The technology is transfer the low temperature & low pressure vapor to high temperature & high pressure vapor, and then the secondary vapor can be reused to heat the raw material liquid for evaporation. With MVR Evaporator, once the system started and preheated, only small amount of fresh vapor is required to supply to the evaporator system.
